I find this a little weird. The street lights of BG go on and off periodicly. Its when they do this when you are stopped at a stop sign and they go on or go off that its freaky. Why do they do this?

Somewhere, far far away, there is a big street light control center, and in the bowling green division/room there is a monkey (a real one, not a metaphoricaly compared human) operating the whole area, and he gets bored now and then, so he decides to play with all the pretty looking switches. :=D
