The Americans spent 5 years and 10 million dollars to develope a pen that would write in space, freezing cold, extreme heat, and in zero gravity. The Russians used a pencil.I do not doubt this one bit.

ITs pretty sad. I dont anyone doubted this one, but its not true. Most likely any Pen Development Program would be cancelled right before it ended.
