Forget "I want my MTV" I want my TechTV.
The main Time Warner package does not come with TechTV! What the hell? No Screen Savers! Oh the horror. I must have TechTV!
After waiting on the phone about 10 minutes to talk to a human, I got through to one, and was about to get rid of the "movie package" for the "value package" which has TechTV. Phewww. I can sleep better at night now.

I don't even have cable (and I know basic cable doesn't have TechTV -- they do in Sunriver, where I work, so I catch it during lunch).
