This is very wonderful news for Web Monkeys everywhere. Having to create sites that are at least usable on a dial-up connection is no fun.

I've seen this one site that's a perfect example of how broadband can be put to good use. It's called the "Passion of the Shrimp." I highly recommened tracking it down.
