A look at the new NHL rules

When the NHL starts back up, it will look a little different than the game fans were used to seeing.

The NHL's board of governors approved a series of rule changes that will emphasize entertainment, skill and competition on the ice.

Um. Yea. Hockey is back. Yea. I am so exited. I can't wait.

WIll these rule changes help?

To be honest, I have not missed the hockey highlights on SportsCenter.
