Rockstar said the hack was created by a modder. They lied. Gamespot checked it themselves, and it is on the retail copies. You do still need an Action Replay, but they blatantly denied the code being on the disc. Rockstar deserves whatever they have coming to them at this point. They should have known better. Sadly, this only gives more weight to the argument for the other side.
