Jason turned me on to Improve Everywhere. Their latest post is about a "mission" at Starbucks where they bought coffee and proceeded to use their desktop PC, monitor and all, inside the store. One even had a Wi-Fi card. Thee agents in all pulled off the stunt, and caught it all on video. Be sure to watch.
